Gather all your ingredients so that you have everything close at hand on the counter or table. Prepare your fruit.
Rinse all of the fresh fruit and drain in a colander. As each fruit is prepared, place in large bowl.
Using a cutting board and sharp knife, remove tops from strawberries and slice in half. Slice pineapple (or drain canned pineapple chunks) Reserve any juice for the dressing. Slice red grapes in half. Peel and chop kiwi into chunks. Remove peel and section mandarin oranges (or drain canned mandarins). Peel and slice bananas.
Add rinsed blackberries and blueberries to the rest of the fruit in the bowl.
Prepare the Citrus Dressing
Zest one lemon. Using a citrus juicer, squeeze the juice from the lemon.
In a small bowl, combine honey, the lemon zest, the freshly squeezed lemon juice, and the reserved pineapple juice. Whisk to mix well.
Pour the dressing over the fresh fruit. Gently toss to coat. Place fruit in a pretty serving bowl. Serves 8-10.
