Using a cherry pitter or the end of a vegetable peeler, pit fresh cherries and slice them in half. Thinly slice limes and lemons. Place prepared fruit in a large pitcher.
Pour wine over cherries, limes, and lemons. Stir in pineapple fusion rum and grenadine syrup. Allow to chill for 1-2 hours.
Before serving, add ginger ale to taste and pour into ice-filled glasses. Serves 8-10.
