Preheat oven to 225 degrees. Gather your ingredients so that you have everything close at hand on your counter or table.
In a large roasting pan, add in Corn, Rice, and Wheat cereals, mixed nuts, pretzels, cheese crackers, and wheat crackers.
In a glass measuring cup, heat butter in the microwave for 20 second increments until melted.
Whisk Ranch Dressing Mix into the melted butter until combined.
Gradually pour mixture over the cereal and crackers. Sprinkle the Parmesan cheese, and Vermont Aged Cheddar Powder over the cereal. Carefully mix together with a wooden spoon until combined.
Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes, stirring after 15 minutes and again at the end. Allow to cool before serving. May store in a covered container in a cool, dry place for 4-6 weeks. Makes 24 cups.
