To crush your graham crackers, place squares inside a freezer bag. Zip it up, squeezing the excess air out as you do. Then take your rolling pin and crush the crackers. Roll it back and forth, over and over until the crackers are fine crumbs. One sleeve will make the equivalent of 1 1/4 cups of crumbs.
In medium bowl, mix together crushed graham crackers, granulated sugar, and melted butter with fork until combined. Press into pie plate and refrigerate.
Make the Filling
To make the filling, in a large mixing bowl, combine sweetened condensed milk, lime juice and soft drink mix.
Mix half of the whipped topping with the lime mixture, mixing well. Pour the filling into the prepared crust.
With an icing tip, add remaining whipped topping as a garnish on top of the lime mixture. Cover the pie with a pie plate topper and freeze for six hours or overnight. This recipe will serve at least 8.
