Ingredients

bulk pork sausage

tablespoons
butter

all-purpose flour

whole milk

teaspoon
garlic powder

freshly ground black pepper
Instructions
In large skillet, brown sausage over medium heat in butter.
Sprinkle flour over sausage and stir into grease to make roux.
Slowly add milk and stir to thicken. Sprinkle with garlic powder and black pepper. Serve over warm biscuits. Serves 4.
