bulk pork sausage

butter

all-purpose flour

whole milk

garlic powder

freshly ground black pepper

Instructions
In a large skillet, brown sausage over medium heat in butter.
Sprinkle all-purpose flour over sausage and stir into grease to make roux.
Slowly add whole milk and stir to thicken. Sprinkle with garlic powder and freshly ground black pepper. Serve over warm biscuits. Serves 4.
