butter

eggs + 1 egg yolk

Instructions
Gather your ingredients so that you have everything close at hand on the counter or table.
In a small bowl, combine the all-purpose flour and salt.
Stir in bits of butter.
Add eggs and yolk together with milk. Mix together with fork and then use hands to knead dough 3-5 minutes until smooth.
Let rest 10 minutes. On a floured surface, roll dough to 1/4" thick. Cut into desired lengths. Allow to dry for 2-3 hours.
Cook in boiling broth for 10-12 minutes until tender. Serves 6-8.
