In a medium saucepan, add water, chicken bouillon cubes, butter, Herbs de Provence, and garlic powder. Bring to a boil.
Add in the brown rice blend.
Cover and reduce heat to a simmer. Cook for 40-45 minutes or until the liquid is gone and the rice is tender.
Remove from heat and allow to set for 5 minutes before serving. This recipe will serve 4-6 people.

*Unless otherwise indicated, all butter used on this recipe site is salted.**You may substitute the following common herbs if you do not have Herbs de Provence in your pantry: 1/2 teaspoon crushed rosemary, 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme, 1/4 teaspoon basil, and 1/4 teaspoon marjoram (or oregano). ***If you do not have the Whole Grain Royal Blend Brown Rice, simply substitute 1 cup of long-grain brown rice in its place. Follow the rice directions for length of cooking time, which may be shorter than the time given in this recipe.
