Place 28 ounces of Lit'L Smokies into a small to medium-sized slow cooker.
(This recipe makes enough sauce to cover up to 36 ounces of Lit'l Smokies. If you need more than that, you may opt to double the entire recipe. To do so, simply adjust the ingredient amounts and use a larger slow cooker.
Prepare the Barbecue Sauce
In a medium bowl, combine the BBQ sauce, ketchup, brown sugar, low-sodium soy sauce, minced garlic, horseradish mustard, and Louisiana hot sauce. Mix well to combine.
Pour sauce over the smokies and stir to combine.
Cook on high for 2.5 hours or on low for 4 hours.
