Gather your ingredients so that you have everything close at hand on the counter or table.
In a small saucepan, mix together 15 oz. crushed tomatoes, 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar, 2 teaspoons granulated sugar, 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning, 1 teaspoon dried minced onion, 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce, 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder and 1/4 teaspoon seasoned salt.I will sometimes "hand crush" whole tomatoes for a chunkier sauce.
Bring to a boil and then reduce heat. Simmer for 20-25 minutes.
Add 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese after sauce has simmered.
Pour over large unbaked pizza dough. Makes enough for two extra-large pizzas. You may also use this for dipping sauce.
