Ingredients
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 tablespoon red wine
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
Instructions
- Combine ingredients in small saucepan and heat until sugar is dissolved. Use in recipes. Makes 3/4 cups.
