Homemade Teriyaki Sauce

Equipment

Ingredients 

  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 2 tablespoon red wine
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger

Instructions

  • Combine ingredients in small saucepan and heat until sugar is dissolved. Use in recipes. Makes 3/4 cups.
